We will assist in filing all of the necessary Department of Transportation (DOT) documents and can advise on procedures for paying the fees associated with the DOT filings. We also have good relationships with several banks who can assist with setting up your necessary accounts and securing the required DOT bonding.

To advertise and sell your “Track Program,” you must first file with the Department of Transportation as a “Public Charter.” If you are intending to fly multiple trips, a “super bond” will be required. This necessitates a $200,000 USD deposit into a surety account which will remain in place all the while your program is operating. If everything goes as planned, you will have this money returned, with interest paid, within 60 days after the completion of your program.
