Chartering is now an option that Travel Agents can easily make available to their clients. The following check list details some of the criteria that would indicate when a charter may be a logical, convenient, cost effective and time-saving option.

  • Destination not serviced by scheduled air. Arrive and depart closer to your destinations. Charters operate from over 8,000 more airports than do scheduled carriers
  • When speed is of the essence. Shorten travel time by circumventing large and congested airline terminals
  • When you absolutely need to get there Airlines can cancel hundreds of flights daily
  • A one day trip is desired, but unavailable by scheduled air.
  • Numerous destinations are included in the itinerary.
  • Privacy and/or luxury are required.
  • Groups, athletic teams and fans need to go to the same destination at the same time. We charter entire Airliners!
  • When airfares are over $1,000 each, and there are three or more people traveling.

Offering a personalized charter flight as an alternative way to travel is a great way of letting your clients know that you are indeed a full service agency. Your suggestion of a charter flight may enable your clients to spend more nights at home and lower their travel costs.

For your last minute business traveler, suggest charter instead of the airlines and increase your commission while giving your customer better than first class service that is unequaled by scheduled airlines. Converting non-commissionable airline tickets to commissionable charter flights is a great way to increase your revenue, while giving your customer even more options.

When you contact us, you will receive these options and approximate prices on your first call. For immediate flights, we can give you actual prices and availability in 20 minutes or less. For trips further out on the calendar, a day or two may be needed to assure you the best aircraft and price.

Upon your customer’s confirmation with Air Denver, we will provide the customer and the charter operator with all of the pertinent details for the flight. We go to great lengths to assure a smooth and trouble-free trip.
