Track Programs

A “Track Program” is where a Tour Operator or other entity sees the potential travel market between two cities or a multitude of cities.

Air Denver can facilitate the Tour Operators dreams by listening to their requirements and bringing options to the table on how best to address the new venture.

Providing cost effective and reliable air transportation is relatively easy. The hard part is for the Tour Operator is coming up with the initial funds which can be substantial.

Once funded, and if the traffic is there, a Track Program is a real money pump. Profits are seen almost immediately, and if run properly, all of the up front money is recovered and some with interest!

Air Denver has an extensive background in this area and can get your operation off of the ground in no time at all. We will assist in filing the necessary DOT documents. However, you will still be financially responsible for the bonds and filing fees associated with the DOT filings.

We have great relationships with a few banks for DOT bonding, and can help you set up your account.

ADDITIONAL COSTS ABOVE THE COST OF THE AIRCRAFT: To be able to advertise and sell your track program, you will have to file with the Department of Transportation, DOT, as a Public Charter. If you are flying multiple trips, a super bond will be required. The super bond requires you to place $200,000 USD into a surety account while your program is in operation. If every thing goes as it should, you receive this money back 60 days after the completion of your program and with interest!.
