College Athletic Travel

SERVICES TO EXPECT FROM AIR DENVER
• Fast, courteous, concise service.
• On your first call, our Air Charter Coordinator will go over your requested itinerary to see if an air charter is your best solution.
• We then contact every airline and charter operator who could best service your request. This may take a few days or a week if the requested air charter is a few months out, or an hour or two for immediate air charters.
• Your Air Charter Coordinator will present the results to you, so that you can determine which air carrier is best for you. If none meet your needs, there is no charge for our service, and we will welcome your next request.
• When you choose an aircraft that will work for you, we then place you in direct contact with the air carrier or charter airline so that you contract and pay them directly.
• If there are contract questions or items that need to be changed, Air Denver will assist in negotiating solutions.
• Any special needs such as equipment or athletic meals will be accommodated.
• A comprehensive confirmation letter with all of the details of the air charter.
• Verify/set-up/coordinate the loading/unloading of passengers and equipment at the departure and arrival airports
• Assist in coordinating bus to airport and airport to bus movements.
• Any other requested service related to the school’s air charter
• Immediate 24/7 service for any hic-ups that may arise during the air charter. Hic-ups may happen even with the best planning. It is how Air Denver handles unexpected happenings that keeps our customers coming back!
• Flight following during the air charter.
• A re-cap after the air charter to see how we both did, and where improvements if any can be made for even more efficiency.
